Due to changes in regulations pertaining to protection of personal data and entering
into force on 25 May, 2018, of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons

III. The purposes of the processing are: the adequate performance of services
connected with participation in the Conference, and possibly to answer any claims
related to the provision of the services.

IV. The legal basis of the processing: the processing of the received personal
data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by
Stowarzyszenie Polska Unia Ubocznych Produktów Spalania (Art. 6.1(f) of the
GDPR). Such legitimate interest is acting towards implementing the organization of
the Conference „Ashes from Power Generation 2019”.

V. The categories of personal data concerned: we shall be processing the
following categories of personal data: first and family name, position, company e-mail
address, company phone number, name of the represented institution.

VI. The recipients of personal data: the data may be transferred to the
organizers of the Conference „Ashes from Power Generation 2019”.

VII. The period for which the personal data will be stored: the personal data will
be processed in the period in which there may emerge any claims related to the
provision of the services.

Pursuant to the GDPR, you or your representatives have the right of access to your
data, and obtain a copy; demand rectification thereof; demand erasure or restriction
of the processing thereof; object to processing of personal data; transfer of data in
the scope of automated processing (within limits permitted by the GDPR); lodge a
complaint to supervisory body - Prezes Urzędu ds. Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
