Due to changes in regulations about the protection of personal data and entering
into force on 25 May 2018, of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons

connected with participation in the Conference, and possibly answer any claims
related to the provision of the services.
IV. The legal basis of the processing: the processing of the received personal
data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by
Stowarzyszenie Polska Unia Ubocznych Produktów Spalania (Art. 6.1(f) of the
GDPR). Such legitimate interest is acting toward implementing the organization of
the Conference „EUROCOALASH” May 2023.
V. The categories of personal data concerned: we shall be processing the
following categories of personal data: first and family name, position, company e-mail
address, company phone number, and name of the represented institution.
VI. The recipients of personal data: the data may be transferred to the
organizers of the Conference „ EUROCOALASH” May 2023.
VII. The period for which the personal data will be stored: the personal data will
be processed in the period in which there may emerge any claims related to the
provision of the services.
Under the GDPR, you or your representatives have the right access to your
data, and obtain a copy; demand rectification thereof; demand erasure or restriction
of the processing thereof; object to the processing of personal data; transfer of data in
the scope of automated processing (within limits permitted by the GDPR); lodge a
complaint to the supervisory body - Prezes Urzędu ds. Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

You and your representatives have the right at any time to object to the processing of
data for the purposes and on the basis indicated above. We shall no longer process
your data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the
processing which overrides the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for
